DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?
No. But we can show you the facilities for free and offer you a one-time ticket for only €19 so you can try the essence of SupernovA for one day with no time limit.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
At SupernovA everyone is welcome regardless of age, sex or condition. In the case of minors, they must be accompanied by their father, mother, legal guardian or responsible adult.
DO SESSION BONUSES EXPIRE?
Yes, all vouchers have an expiration of one year from the date of purchase.
CAN I BUY A VOUCHER AND USE IT FOR DIFFERENT SERVICES?
Of course. At SupernovA, our goal is to help you so you decide how. Buy a voucher and use it on whatever you need or what you want most. Our team will advise you so that you get the most out of our center and your money, achieving your goals as soon as possible.
CAN I COME TRAIN ON MY OWN?
Whenever you want! Sign up with one of the rates we offer or pay for one-time access and come whenever you want, as long as you want and with whoever you want. Enjoy the space that Supernova offers you and come keep us company.
ARE MUTUAL HEALTH COMPANIES ACCEPTED?
No. Unfortunately health insurance does not offer coverage for services like those we offer at SupernovA. If you have mutual reimbursement insurance, you can pay our services in advance to later request said reimbursement from your company. If you are not sure if your insurance is reimbursement or not, then it is more than likely that it is not, since its cost is very high and you would be aware of the coverage they offer you. If you are still not sure, call them directly and clear your doubts.
HOW CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS?
As you want. You can pay in cash, with a debit or credit card (we accept American Express) or by bank transfer.
